My super fun journey and extensive training in energy medicine began well after over 20 years of experience in the Pilates rehabilitation field. I knew in my heart there's so much more to helping people move with more ease than being confined to using movement only as therapy. The old saying "Dont fix the issue on the level you found it" was absolutely proven when I crossed paths with Colorpuncture! My passion is helping people get out of aches and pain, increase their range of motion, and help them enjoy moving again! My personal journey to resolve my own pains taught me the conclusion that body pains and issues must be resolved on multi levels simultaneously, and I take a top down approach to get to the root cause so that corrections can "hold" and relief becomes lasting. Though I love and feel blessed to have learnt a variety of modalities, Colorpuncture is especially near and dear to my heart. I look forward to sharing Colorpuncture with you!
